Green Talk Concert - Establishment of NGO Network Foundation for Green Earth

International cooperation is essential to solve transnational environmental problems, but cooperation among countries is limited to the understanding of the state. To overcome these limitations, NGOs play an important role in problem solving. This session will provide information sharing, agenda extraction and cooperation based on the importance of global environmental problems and the importance of NGO role.
